At Valley Greens we are often growing a variety of specialty items that aren’t listed for sale. We do this because sometimes we have a special request or because we just like to try out new things. Your Growers Choice Sampler will have some of our more common items as well as a few less common microgreens. Basically we will look at what we have growing and put something together we believe you’ll love.

A blend of mildly flavored brassicas including; mizuna, cabbage, kale and kohlrabi. This blend is a great source of antioxidants, vitamins and the minerals potassium and calcium.
Radish microgreens add a beautiful, spicy kick to any dish and they are very nutritious! They’re a great source of vitamin C, energy and carbohydrates. They contain zinc, potassium, folate, manganese, copper, phosphorus, vitamin B1 &B6, niacin, riboflavin, calcium, iron and so much more.
Red Cabbage has a mildly sweet flavor and crispy texture. It is notable rich in vitamins and dietary fiber.
